The Nodaway River Lodge was designed to be a family-friendly residence for visiting Villisca and surrounding areas.
The residence, constructed in 2024, is beautifully decorated and furnished. It has a fully equipped kitchen, 8 full baths, and 16 bedrooms with a total sleeping capacity of 32 people. High speed fiber internet is available for guests to use as well as there are three TVs connected to satellite TV, one in the main great room, one in the smaller great room, and one on the mezzanine. The lodge is also furnished with a washer and dryer for guests to use as needed.
We do offer renting only half of the bedrooms at a lower rate, see the rental rates below.

Rates include linens and towels.
Must be at least 21 years of age to book.
Rental payment and a $1,000 refundable damage deposit is due in full upon reservation. Damages to the residence and furnishings may be charged beyond normal wear and tear.
Arrangements to pick up the key will be made when reservation is confirmed.
No smoking and no pets are allowed.
At the end of your stay all we require is for you to load and run the dishwasher and place all used linens in the laundry room.
Cancellation Policy:
Full refund available for cancellations made at least 60 days before checkin, 50% between 30-60 days of checkin.
