 The Nodaway River Lodge was designed to be a family friendly residence for visiting Villisca and surrounding areas. 

The residence, constructed in 2008, is beautifully decorated and furnished.  It has a fully equipped kitchen, 2 full baths, and 4 bedrooms with a total sleeping capacity of 10 people.  There is a big screen TV connected for satellite viewing and several books to enjoy.  The lodge is also furnished with a washer and dryer.

Cleaning fee - $150  

*Additional nights at $125 per night.   

Rates include linens and towels.  

Rental payment and a $200 refundable damage deposit is due in full upon reservation. Damages to the residence and furnishings may be charged beyond normal wear and tear.   

Arrangements to pick up the key will be made when reservation is confirmed.   

No smoking and no pets are allowed.  

At the end of your stay all we require is for you to load and run the dishwasher and place all used linens in the laundry room.
